Lady Nina Cottage can best be described as Town & Country Cottage with uninterrupted countryside views. The cottage has been designed and renovated to maximise the holiday experience for our guests. The master bedroom has it’s own built-in tv,fitted wardrobes luxury bedding, solid oak flooring and finishes with control lighting from bedside switches.

The master bedroom has French Style Doors leading on to sandstone patio with countryside views over looking garden. For added luxury we have installed an outdoor 6 person Hot Tub set in a private position which can be accessed through lounge, hall and master bedroom.

Please note that when booking for 2 guests we allow access to the master bedroom only.

The village of Coaltown of Balgonie is ideally suited for holidaymakers with designated country walks and ideal direct bus links to St Andrews, Edinburgh and Dundee. Adjacent villages both have train stations which are only a 5 minute drive away.Golfers are spoilt with an abundance of golf courses all within a 5 min drive.

Our village has a well stocked local shop open 7 days open from early to 10.00pm. The local pub serves great food again open 7 days. Balgonie Castle is situated on the east edge of the town and guided tours are conducted by the Laird of Balgonie. On the west side is a BP garage with an M&S food store also a popular Chinese buffet restaurant “Beijing Banquet”.
